Ladds Addition Real Estate – #9 of 45
The neighborhood pages are coming along well. We are beginning to show up on some search results and getting a few visitors to the site, nothing substantial yet. It is very interesting to see how the competition is trying to win the same terms. Link exchanges and spammy article submissions are common sightings for the sites competing for the top Portland Real Estate and neighborhood terms.

Ladds Addition Real Estate – Ladds is a very cool and unique neighborhood. It has a circular park at the center and four rose gardens with more than four thousand rose plants. The street are not perpendicular they run from the corners of the neighborhood to the circle in the middle. The homes range from small 2-3 bedroom to big three story craftsman and even a church converted to a trendy residence.

Portland Real Estate and Beyond
Hi…my name is Garron Selliken and I am the founder of M Realty and Homequest and this is my personal blog. It is a placeĀ to put thoughts and observations about the real estate industry and highlight some of the technology and practices we test here at M Realty. I work full time with my wife and amazing agent Alicia managing our Real Estate websites and assisting her Portland Real Estate team. Most of the articles here are come directly from the experience of actively working on growing our practice.

Bam Done! I am racing to get this done by midnight. Lesson for today is to stay focused on task at hand, lots of distractions and lack of focus pushed this post to the last minute. More focus needed.
Bridlemile Neighborhood Real Estate
I live in this neighborhood and love the location and especially Hamilton Park. It is also ideal for making runs on my sweet downhill skateboard.
Our team focus on the diverse neighborhoods that make up our Portland Real Estate market.
Westover Real Estate – #7 of 45
Ok…this is where most people will start to falter. Monday and the first weeks enthusiasm is wearing off and the reality that we are less than 20% of the way there. We have already increase our traffic albeit slightly to some of the neighborhoods. No payoff in the increased sign ups yet. If your going to do this you must track progress in Google analytics and track SERPs.
Westover Neighborhood Real Estate – If homes with a view of Portland and Mt Hood are the criteria and you can spend $800,000-2,000,000 Westover is for you. It has probably the highest concentration of spectacular view properties in our area and the added benifit of being just up the hill from the Nob Hill Neighborhood close to dining and shopping.
